Only 3 months in and so much hasI feel completely changed--my mind, my body, my heart and my health. Im down 45lbs so far. Weight has always been a struggle for me until I found Pruvit or rather Pruvit found me. I still have a long way to go but I am beyond proud of myself for sticking to it and putting in the work I needed to make a change. I have the energy to keep up with my kids,I feel that my health has improved so much,and I'm getting stronger every day.  I've learned so much about myself and others around me. I've created a community of amazing people who just like me want to improve their health and quality of life. We challenge each other and support each other. I love what ketones have done for me and I want to share that even more with the world.
